Fuji Xerox Printers launches Premier Partner Program

 The Premier Partner Program gives dedicated Fuji Xerox Printers’ channel partners access to customised marketing, sales and lead generation programs which will help support the growth of their businesses. The program has four core areas including tailored programs, a range of targeted incentives, sales and marketing support services and communication tools.


“Research suggests that key value segments in the print and multifunction print market will experience growth between 20 to 120 per cent over the coming year. Tailored programs
The Premier Partner Program incorporates three specialist programs – the Channel Value Program, ProColour Specialist Program and PagePack Managed Print Program. Channel partners with a dedicated focus on the value market can benefit from the resources and support of the Channel Value Program. Those who have an understanding of the wide format, colour and graphics segment will have access to the ProColour Specialist Program through which they will be offered training and accreditation opportunities. Premier Partner Program participants can also join Fuji Xerox Printer’s exclusive Managed Print Services (MPS) program, PagePack. Through PagePack partners can offer their customers a tailored cost per page program that includes all consumables, maintenance and hardware. Partners on the PagePack program receive authorised PagePack training which assists them in responding to the increasingly sophisticated customer.


Sales and marketing support
According to Borg, partners had highlighted sales and marketing as areas in which they required more support and the Premier Partner Program addresses this feedback. “Sales and marketing are essential business functions and partners now have access to a range of useful resources to assist them in developing their business.”


These resources include marketing development funds, creative support and even access to demonstration models which make it easier for channel partners to showcase new products to prospective customers. Sales and marketing training is also provided to all Premier Partner Program participants to assist with business and campaign development.


Premier Partners have access to the Fuji Xerox SMARTCentre online portal through which they have a range of sales and marketing tools at their fingertips and can develop personalised marketing campaigns and collateral. This is further supported by Fuji Xerox Connect, a complete managed marketing and lead generation service which helps identify new prospects and build sustainable new business pipelines. Through the program Premier Partners can benefit from marketing support, marketing database management, assistance with campaign development and execution as well as following up leads through email marketing, telemarketing, electronic direct mail, reporting and whitepapers.


The Premier Partner Program also includes a range of targeted incentives. Through Kansha Rewards channel partners can earn points for every Fuji Xerox hardware product sold and are rewarded with a gift of their choice from the Kansha Rewards website. The Premier Partner League is a recognition program for the highest achieving Premier Partners across Asia Pacific and China with the top achievers receiving a trip to London for the 2013 FA Cup Final.


Fuji Xerox Printers has developed a range of communication tools to further support its channel partners including the Fuji Xerox Printers Channel Partner Forum on LinkedIn, a dedicated blog and regular e-newsletters.


“Regardless of what industry you’re in, effective communication is essential. We have a range of tools and newsletters which keep our partners up to date on industry, business and product news. We also use social media tools, such as our blog and LinkedIn group, to not only encourage discussion among our partners but also to help them develop pipelines and market their companies to potential customers,” he said.
