Fujitsu General wins coveted Canstar Blue award

Fujitsu General has received the 2012 Canstar Blue ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ award for air conditioners, proudly the only brand to achieve five stars in all survey categories.

Consumers were asked to rate their experience from a choice of seven international air conditioning manufacturers across the following criteria: overall satisfaction, value for money, after sale service, reliability, ease of use, functionality, noise and energy efficiency.

According to Canstar Blue, fifty seven per cent of respondents considered energy efficiency more important than price when deciding on which air conditioner to buy. Australians were prepared to pay more than $1000 for an air conditioner with many seeking a product that would be kind to their power bill.

“Receiving this award reinforces what our independent research and survey findings have demonstrated: that when purchasing air conditioning, consumers are looking for high quality, highly efficient and reliable product from a trusted supplier. Fujitsu General meets these criteria and is top of mind for Australian consumers,” said Philip Perham, deputy managing director, Fujitsu General.
