Based in Sydney, Mark brings experience and a proven track record in scaling software and payment companies, particularly those serving small businesses. Mark’s appointment marks a significant milestone for Fergus. His extensive domain experience in high-growth software companies in the US and Australia will accelerate the next growth phase in the company’s customer base and revenue. Previously, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Ignition, a client engagement and commerce platform. Before this, he was the first CFO at Invoice2go (acquired by Bill.com in 2021).
