December 2022 – Fujitsu General’s R32 Bulkhead Reverse Cycle Split Systems played a major part in maintaining the luxurious aesthetic of an eco-tourism destination on a greenfield site in South Australia’s Inman Valley. There’s a lot to love about living in Australia’s tropical regions; however, the heat is a constant fact of life. Regardless of the season, air conditioning is often the only solution for indoor comfort. The following tips can help select an air conditioning solution that not only keeps life cool but can function optimally in tropical conditions.

Fujitsu General Australia will start the new year strong after winning the ProductReview.com.au Best Appliance Brands award for 2023, scoring a high customer satisfaction rating for product quality and customer service.

Fujitsu General was recognised by ProductReview.com.au for its high-level results, where it features a rankings above four out of five in both product quality and customer service.

Paulene Low, head of customer experience, Fujitsu General Australia said the award was a testament to the hard work at every level to support Fujitsu customers and ensure they feel connected to their air conditioning provider.

“We take great pride in the fact that our approach to business focuses on the people we serve as much as the products we provide. Australia is a land where air conditioning is more of a necessity than a luxury, so it is vital that we in the HVAC sector ensure that customers have a convenient, supportive, seamless and overall positive experience every time.

“Our outstanding result is in no small part thanks to our technicians and customer support teams who work hard every day to ensure our commitment to customers is not just a mission statement but a tangible promise,” she said.

Fujitsu General’s award was based on consideration of the rating and review count for products or services in the last 12 months, as well as the company’s overall rating on ProductReview.com.au.

The ProductReview.com.au award process in 2022 included more than 73,000 eligible nominations, in which 610 products and services across over 330 categories were selected as winners for 2023.

“Our reviews have largely highlighted reliable, professional and prompt service. This feedback is a clear indication of what matters to customers, and what Fujitsu needs to maintain as a key priority,” Mrs Low said.

“We will also use this award as a motivator to ensure our products remain some of the best available on the market.”

Fujitsu General released its new wall mounted reverse cycle Comfort range earlier this year, which features six new models from 2.5kW to 7.1kW cooling capacity. Kyle Rafter, Head of Product ANZ, Fujitsu General said the Comfort range uses R32 refrigerant, which has a 67 percent lower ‘Global Warming Potential Factor’ whilst still maintaining the performance of the air conditioneri. Comfort range units also display the Zoned Energy Rating Label (ZERL) and has a hot climate energy performance of up to five stars in a HOT climate in cooling mode and is Demand Enabled Response (DRED) compatible.
